McIntire Associate Professor Adam Koch realized it was taking him way too long to collect, grade, and return exams when classes transitioned online. Then he found his solution: Gradescope. This online tool allows him to streamline the grading process and also has had other unexpected benefits. His students submit exams through the tool and Koch will expand his use of the tool to also include homework assignments and case writeups. With its innovative rubric, Gradescope is allowing Koch to give more detailed and consistent feedback to his students, all in less time.
