Biography

I received my Doctor of Social Work from Simmons University with the goal of studying and developing a training program for primary care professionals to provide antiracist, collaborative, and trauma-informed integrated care (ARCTIC) as part of an interdisciplinary collaborative care model. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Boston College, clinical track, with a concentration on children, youth, and families.

I currently run a small private practice addressing the mental health needs for the Philadelphia metro area. I also work as a Behavioral Health Supervisor for Penn Medicine within the Penn Integrated Care program where I support and manage behavioral health services offered through over 45 primary care practices.

As a clinician, I utilize a myriad of different approaches and hold specialized certifications in addressing trauma (ARC), mindfulness (CMIP), and dialectical behavioral therapy (C-DBT). I have extensive experience working with adults, families, and adolescents with concerns ranging from complex trauma and personality disorders to mild-moderate depression and anxiety. I have previously treated clients across various levels of care, from inpatient and residential treatment to in-home family therapy and general outpatient care.
